Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an appointment or quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address and ZIP code, the services you are interested in, a description of the job, your preferred date, time and way to be contacted, and any photos you choose to upload. If you check a box to receive specials, we record which channel you chose (email, text or both) and when.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site; Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect this usage information. We use your IP address to protect our forms from spam and abuse. If you reach our site from an ad or another website, your browser remembers that source for up to 30 days, and it is saved with any appointment request you send so we can tell which ads are useful.
How we use your information
- To respond to your appointment or quote request, schedule and perform services, and follow up about your job.
- To contact you by the method you asked for (phone call, text message or email) about your request.
- To send you specials, deals and promotions, only if you opted in for that channel.
- To keep records of the work we do and of your marketing consent.
- To operate, secure and improve our website.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website hosting and email providers and Google Analytics, and only as needed for them to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Photos you upload
Photos you add to a request are used only to understand and price your job. They are sent to our team by email with your request and are not published on our website without your permission.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS terms.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Access or deletion: contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to have it deleted. We may keep records we are required to keep by law or for our legitimate business purposes, such as records of completed work.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep appointment requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you, keep business records and meet legal obligations. Marketing consent records are kept for as long as you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward as proof of consent.
Security
Our website uses encryption (HTTPS). Appointment requests are stored in a private area of our server that is not accessible from the web, and access to them is password protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
