Clean starts below the surface
Gemstone Cleaning has more than 40 years of experience deep cleaning homes so they're safe, clean and happy places for the whole family, pets included. Our methods are pet and child safe, and our multi-step process gets past the surface to clean individual carpet fibers without damaging them.
We specialize in pet stain carpet cleaning in Manchester, MO and across West County, and our process is built to dry quickly, so there are no wet feet or musty smells after we leave.
Share rooms, surfaces, stains and photos so the team can prepare before calling.

We confirm a time, do the work, and you come home to fresher floors and furniture.
Our advanced deep carpet cleaning
For homes with pets, we use a Bio Modifier Enzyme Eradicator solution designed to break down pet urine. It matters most with cats: the compounds in cat urine can't be removed with water and soap alone.
A specialized detection wand finds urine the eye can't see, so we can treat the carpet, the padding underneath, the subfloor and the baseboards. That's how Gemstone removes odors at the source instead of masking them.
Before and after

Watch the extraction wand pull a clean stripe through soiled carpet with every pass. This is the same multi-step process we bring to every home.
